I would dearly like Dan and Glen to use their gear in RPM and bring back the phat beats and also the trance explosive elements of RPM :)

I just find that trance music and RPM are a awesome.

Bring back trance please Dan and Glen :)

Check out the guys from 4 Strings please :)

WANT TO BE APART OF THE RPM EXPERIENCE

Well thats easy, you need to pre-book to be apart of the filming.

You need to e-mail Carla as there is limited space for each filming.

You may need to be a RPM instructor to go to the filming, just ask Carla for details.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT MICROPHONE FOR RPM

In Australia in RPM classes instructors have a choice of microphones they can use there is an excellent one called "Cyclemic" which is made by "Aerobic Microphones Australia" Les Mills Australia
recommends this microphone.

Check out:

http://www.aeromic.com.au

They also have one for Group Fitness and one specially made for Bodybalance.

I highly recommend them to everyone :)

RPM 29 ON THE MOVE

Check out the main blog site for a few pics of Glen and Dan team teaching the new release RPM 29 at a downtown bike store in Auckland.

Good stuff :)

HAVE YOUR SAY RPM30

Dan and Glen are now working on release 30 of the current RPM being filmed in downtown Auckland.

On the Les Mills Blog site:

http://kiakaha.lesmills.com/blog/archive/2005/08/30/166.aspx

If you want to suggest something to then then this is a good time to slot in there and talk to Dan and Glen and have some input into the whole track selection like Mark Nuu (mopps) did with Bodystep 63 coming our way Februiary 2006.

NEW RIDDING POSITIONS UPDATE

Well sorry to say thing they changed the names of the traditional positions in RPM to new names.

Dan and Glen according to what I have heard want to make the choreogrpahy more engineered to a biking - triathalon - mountain bike feel with the new names.

Any comments?

SPOILER RPM 29 TRACKLIST

Bonsus Christmas Release

05. Yellin Billy Idol

Looks an awesome mix hopes that they use DJ Teistos track from Bodypump in this mix :)

There seems to be tons of Canadian influences in RPM latley

CHANGE OF DIRECTION

Well it has been a few releases sice Dan and Glen have taken over the choreography of RPM. I miss the trance - eletro-euro feel to the classes. I also think the program is shrinking and the cooldowns are less that what they were before.

I miss Mike and his brand on RPM.

I like Dan and Glen and what they have put together. I wish they use more longer tracks.

Does anyone else feel the same?
